Vouchers

I’m trying to use my voucher can’t get contact with nobody HELP NEEDED I am trying to contact somebody to do my reservation I have a voucher for hotel and I cannot communicate with nobody.

Last year i bought a Wowcher for otel with a refound option. untill now after a year i didnt get any refound.

After i tried several times there is still no refund or at least someone who take care of that case. Horrible customer service.
