Invited to do so

Never heard back after doing online form and voicemails to lost and found and now we have to stay in a nearby hotel until they open tomorrow. Terrible service. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your time trying to reach anyone.

TSA embarrassing

We flew out of OIA 5/10. The electronic info at TSA told us a wait of 18-22 minutes. ONE HOUR LATER, we were still in line. Many of the conveyor belts were not manned and were not live. Most insane tsa wait I have seen in 20 years. This is an embarrassment.

We are in the A terminal this morning. Almost an hour just to get boarding pass scanned by an agent. In over 20 years never seen anything like this here. You need to fix this. What an embarrassment.
