Terrible warranty response

Given that Oreck has closed their stores I had find an authorized dealer to service our vacuum. It was over 40 miles away. The bag will not stay in place

The vacuum cleaner bag keeps coming off and will not stay in place making a mess inside the black bag. The white docking station is now broken and there is an absolute mess every time I use the Oreck. Expensive and very disappointed with this design. User’s recommendation: Poor design – horrible vacuum.
