Misleading customers
Some time ago, I had a negative experience with this seller. The fault was in the store and then they admitted it. I had promised myself to refrain from shopping in this store, however, I recently bought 3 dresses. They all came from the same product group as "express delivery". I expected to receive everything the next day, as promised on the website: By confirming the order with these goods on working days until 15:00, we will deliver it via iExpress courier the next working day! Two days passed, but no dress. I wrote an e-mail with the question - where is the shipment? After a few days, I received the answer that one dress has a longer delivery time, so they will send everything in a long delivery time (about 5 weeks!). I offer a compromise so 2 dresses are sent now,but I am ready to wait for the third, if they have it. I received a response from the template - if you have selected items with different delivery times, then we will ship when we have received all the items. In return, I ask why they put the goods with different delivery terms in the same group and point out that it has express delivery. Answer - if you have selected goods with different delivery terms, then we will send when we have received all the goods. The vicious circle... Respectively, they mislead customers and do not want to solve problems. I wholeheartedly refrain from shopping at this store.
