Received a USED 1 yr old bed & NO RETURN CALL

Eric, the DM for Orange County who I’d been working with and I believe the owners husband, shipped me a USED bed in March of 2019 that was manufactured in Jan of 2018, over 1 year old and it was used and sagging.
