Poor service!

Finally, I'm disappointed in the FedEx too! The package shows that the courier has removed it from the parcel terminal. Then the shipment has stopped and everything. I am waiting for 15 days. The call says: that yes, we see the shipment has stopped, will pass the message to the logistics center. Requires what a sachet looks like. After a few days again the call says that seeing solves the problem and will report. Pff will not find any way. It's mad that he can't deliver the packets on time and he loses them! Big downside for this business!
