Humiliating customer service
I would like to join ScandinavianBank's dissatisfied customer group! Also for the former ScandiBank customer base, because both will probably be customers of another bank. My family and I want to finally buy our own home with state support. We are regular ScandinavianBank customers with experience, both for higher education. The first deposit has been made, we go to our bank to arrange the paperwork for the purchase of an apartment. Servicing this branch is simply awful. The service woman dressed in a mini, speech style as a teenager, in a free way, during the conversation can feel that she felt overwhelmed.
