Employer's attitude and work in this company
I would like to warn new employees about how it is to work in this company. I only worked for a short time myself, but it was enough to understand how much I don't like it here. At the very beginning, employers are quite kind, but be warned, this is just the beginning. The work itself is not difficult, but the conditions and everything that happens there.. 1) let's start with the fact that many items are really of poor quality, such as headphones (wireless). As the buyer buys, you know that in a few days he will return and complain that they are not working. The person will be very frustrated and all the anger will fall on you. No one seems to buy those headphones, but if a company buys and sells such goods, then it is necessary to understand what they may face. There are headphones that cost 25 CAD, but it is already clear that the quality will not be the best, but there are headphones that cost 50 CAD. However, there is no small amount of money and I would like the quality to be good and the headphones to work. 2) If you work in winter, then you know that you have to go to work without a little or down jacket, just to be warm and you will not get sick. There is no heater or kettle where you can at least make tea. 3) You can read about the employers themselves at the bottom, which my colleagues have written after their dismissal! There is really important information. 4) If you get sick at work, then you know that no one will think of you and they will not care until you call an ambulance. The director will come to the store and start telling you how bad you are, but you should still have a humane attitude. Unfortunately in this case, I suffered a lot myself. As a person, I also understand him, but, the director must always be prepared for the fact that someone may not come out / get sick, and so on. 5) Salaries There are no sheets in this company! You don't know how honestly you actually made money and whether everything is really calculated fairly. When you are asked to send a salary slip, which also states in the law that an employee must write a salary slip, you know that you will start a war with you. Why? I do not know. I had to involve family members myself (lawyer, yes I am lucky to have a lawyer in the family and help solve this problem) and only then will you receive a salary slip. In principle, they are responsible for the salary slips as follows - "we do not have such a function"! How can it not be, if in the law everything is clearly and unambiguously written about salary slips? 6) you have a holiday, you have planned that day for yourself, but you can be called and asked to come to work. There are times when they say "unfortunately I can't" they will find another employee, but if there is no such opportunity, then you will have no choice and you will have to come to work on your vacation! Even if you have a doctor, you need to look at a nurse or other reasons why you can't come to work, you will be forced to come and work. 7) You can be sent to work in stores located in the "second corner of the world", you have to travel an hour to get to work - they won't care. If put there to work, then put. 8) If you are on a sick page, they will change your schedule and cost you less than you should. It happened to me too. Of course, ask your family accountant for help to see if everything has been calculated correctly and.. Of course not. This time I lowered my arms, didn't want to cuddle and just walked away from this company. I didn't want to write anything, in fact, about this company, I gained some experience working here, but unfortunately I can't look at how crazy things are going on there. People need to know about this company! People need to be prepared for what it will be like when you sign a contract. Employers themselves do not understand that with all this attitude they complicate everything even more for themselves. I hope that someday all this can be changed and everything will be according to the law!
