I can’t transfer from my account

I was not using opay terminal for a while Cox it has issue and one of the agent call me from minna Niger state saying he is new staff from opay and I put some money in to the wallet to make transactions and now it not going anymore

The money I transferred to my opay account did not reflect, and I can’t do anything on the app.

My O pay account is still not working. Not loading, it’s saying SSL timeout. I don’t think the money I transferred from my account has been added yet. User’s recommendation: Make sure your account is functioning properly before doing any transaction on it.
