Incorrect Tax Return

Lodged my 2008 Tax Return and received my refund no problems – until now in January 2010… They claim – “you will have a correct refund as we will have an Accountant check your Tax Return before it is lodged” BULL! Technical part

The technical part refused to send my master to check why it is not possible to connect to any router at my address (4 attempts in total) ) saying that if you go directly to the Internet, then it is not their problem.. Obviously what foreign language office it is, I will change to someone else at the first opportunity. 0/10
