I recommend carefully choosing the make-up offered by Membershop! Especially if it's expensive! Even if you have a completely different color palette, it will not be accepted back from you, although then you admit that the shades on offer may differ from reality. In short, you are not responsible for your offers. PTAB is almost powerless - there are very few cases when the complaint is satisfied and the client achieves his own. I also lodged such a complaint and received a balance. The grounds for refusal do not stand up to criticism at all!
