On November 17, 2019, I ordered the product online, at the moment I made the payment. The product (worth 20 dollars) has not yet been received. I called three times, I was interested, I was told that the product was delivered to omniva, promised to find out the reason for the delay and announce, then promised to return the money when I had not received the money on the promised day, I was informed that this is not possible, because the order cannot be canceled! In short, completely different answers every time, no one is responsible for anything!
