Customer service terrible
Very poor customer service, no solution to the problem is sought, the master has to wait at least 2 weeks, but don't really drive after that. The handset just counts that it will cost so, but it - so. The service staff allows them to deviate from the conversation, the handset is taken over by another employee, but everyone says the same thing - it will pay anyway, they don't even want to listen to the problem, invent and think about their own scenario. tries to hold on to whatever the customer says! No one is driving and not looking where the problem is. And in the end, the handset is regularly dropped in the middle of a conversation... No solution is sought! Andrew
