Poor Service
Unfortunately, we have to complain about Post Office Customer Service. 1) When calling both customer info phones, of course, no one picks them up all day long. 2) When writing the e-mail, I only received a cursory reply even after several days (5 full working days). Advice to write them on Facebook, there much sooner possible answer. 3) The barcode scanner does not work at the Adelaide terminal (shopping center Mego). 4) And in what age do we live in that when we send a package, we have to print a barcode label ourselves? FedEx has long been able to pay for the shipment and print a barcode sticker immediately. This was the last time I used the Post Office,hereafter only with orange competitors.
