The food was not hot. The manager/chef called me “sweetie”, not very professional
The food was cold. When manager or chef came over he called me sweetie. How sexist. I told about the cold food. The food also looked cold. It needed to be warmed up.
Wife try using her card it was decline but somehow still took money i used my card tp pay for meal it was on dec 19th took place in eau claire wi old country buffet customer serivce to reslove issue sucks cant hold of anybody
Terrible service
Very improper service New York plaza MyPizza. We wanted to order pizza, but couldn't figure out where to do it. An employee came to the next table and talked to the client, I asked where to order pizza, which she pretended not to hear. When the woman went away - again asked - retorted - I'm talking to customers, ordering pizza here and yet something walking away stammered and looked really disappointed.. Of course after the treatment pizza pargribejās and went elsewhere we ordered food, which also normally served. I recommend the management of Cilli pizza to evaluate the candidacy more and teach not to crack at customers. It the girl was with dark hair and glasses.. I understand when a lot of work, but not pleasant when retreating to a simple question and still walking away something purp...
