I was charged and the driver cancelled the job and drove off, and than I booked another 1 thinking, than charged again.. I will be deleting the ola app.and use another app like uber as I was charged £4 ×2 as the taxi, I will be deleting ola and won’t be using this cab service next time
When you ring it only give two option On boarding or customer So unable to talk to some one .same document it clearly says my car rej but keep on rejecting for loading insurance document.

I booked a cab last night from N16 5TH to E8 1AT and I was overcharged. They took £17.52 for that short journey. User’s recommendation: I will never recommend OLA cab to anyone.
I changed my phone number.thats by my phone doesnt work. And then I change again previous number. My driver app is blocked now. How can I open the app. Please help me
