Attitude of employees
I am self-employed. I am looking for a job myself and I pay taxes myself. For 4 years in a row I have been going to the SSIA to get an A1 certificate. Inspector Z. Druviete told me in a rude form that I had to come with a completed application, but when I said that there was no A1 form in the lobby, she replied that I needed to print it myself and SSIA staff could not print all the forms and put in the lobby. I don't have a printer in my house and every year I fill in an on-site application (by the way, the SSIA website also doesn't have an A1 application form). I asked if I could fill it out with her, she told me to room. I said that due to the way I completed this application not the first year I can do it in minutes in front of her. She threw me the application, I did it and she didn't even look at it, gave me a receipt also when I left it. When I asked when I can get an A1 certificate, she told me what you wrote to get it. I think the inspector should check the application and give an explanatory answer, otherwise I don't see the need for the inspector's job.
