Currys shocking service! Do not give them any business!

Purchased an oculus and It had a 50. 00 voucher as part of the package. No one was able to explain how to claim it. Still chasing it today to be told I have to apply online. When we speak to the customer service team they are absolutely clueless on the process.

Rip off horrible customer service

The bastards at keep charging me recurring charges and as far as I can tell there isn’t any way to stop them. So it looks like I will have to cancel my credit card again, and I will never purchase from oculus again. My recommendation is never trust oculus or Zuckerberg!!!

Defective product, company stalling for 3 mos so far to accept a warranty rrepair
