Poor service
The attitude of the staff is very inhumane, without explaining the tale that everything can be found on the website. Well all the info I found on the website, my accountant did everything in detail and fine step by step what was needed in the info found on the website. Carrying the papers again the next day, the employee again does not accept the papers, explaining that everything can be found on the website, where the employee of the previous day was sitting next to him, wisely saying that he said it yesterday. So then the question of why employees are needed, if such an attitude. People hinder the rest of the work and these ladies do not even know what is needed.
