Highway 88 Point Pleasant branch manager Rita is not a very nice person to deal with. She treats customers and even long time customers like *** The employees at that branch are afraid of her and have to walk on eggshells. Bring back the old branch manager, Frank. He knew how to treat customers and his employees.
