Inappropriate, fraudulent phone calls

Global Nexus Tech called asking to get access to my computer because “windows” has reported that my computer may not be getting virus protection. They have no company website and were rude stating “Maam, you are not technologically saavy.” There phone line was 917-200-9422. They have called twice.
