Poor service
I ordered two shipments from Denim Dream in one day with a few minutes interval. One order arrived on 03. 01. but the other is still not. I made an order for both on 27. 12. When I started wondering where the other package was (because I ordered clothes before the trip, which I really wanted to wait until today), then it is concluded that the company can not deliver the goods to me in time, because FedEx does not deliver the missing order (5 days just standing in the terminal, and none of the denim dream understands why not deliver). Denim dream, for its part, is very skilful in processing its actions and orders, but FedEx, as (as can be seen in the latest complaints), some kind of apocalypse has apparently occurred. Orders disappear, do not deliver, stand in the terminal. When ordering clothes from Sharp they come in 5! During the day,FedEx is not able to deliver orders from one store to another in the local market in Brisbane. Shame and spoiled mood, because I had taken enough time to receive the goods. Obviously, when sending something through an omnivore, you have to take longer to send in the territory of Melbourne than with international deliveries!
