Fraud, poor service

Hello! A year ago, we bought a printer and paid an additional 40 dollars for an additional warranty certificate, which stipulates that the product will be picked up and repaired if problems arise. When the printer started to fail, no one took this extra guarantee into account, the answer was one, take it yourself, and the service address is 'secretly wrapped'. I warmly recommend not to buy an additional warranty certificate for Rd Elektronics, it does not work! Next, the next epic began with error detection. We bought original cartridges for the printer, which had about 10% of the laser powder left at the time of transfer (which is enough for at least a week if not two) and even 17% for the black cartridge, where the printer broke (it was good that I wrote down this percentage). the cartridge is empty, although the% of laser powder is, then that drum is to blame - must be replaced. We found everything on the internet about a drum block, but we have originally bought from AZ Electronics without a chip for counting pages (it just seems like something left smeared on sale). I even pack a sample sheet with it, as printed in half black. A poor warranty service cannot detect a defect in the printer until new 100% full original cartridges have been brought in, which the service is ready to provide for half the price of a new printer.but twice as expensive as the online stores offer :(Think twice about whether it's worth relying on rd elektronics product warranties, an extra warranty certificate either doesn't make sense to buy. The question is whether such a repair service exists at all, maybe just unsubscribe the office girl...
