Improper treatment

Healthy, sick for years, I came to a consultation at AClinic Hospital, Oncology Center. The consultation did not take place, but Dr. S. Beketovs and M. Jakubovskis started immediate operative treatment, as a result of which he was cured of weakness and suffocation within a few months. Now I go to other doctors, but the doctors doubt whether they will be able to regain their health, which was before the consultation. Question: Why was it necessary to start the wrong treatment in such a hurry without an investigation?
