Poor service, fraud, incompetent staff
I had to send two packets through FedEx. I accidentally mixed and entered the wrong recipient in one of the sachets. When I paid, I put the packet and closed the door to the parcel terminal. I realized I had sent it to the wrong person. I immediately called FedEx, told the employee, to whom I received the answer "Nothing can be done". I really don't understand why if a person confuses the recipient, you can't open the parcel door using the code and send this packet again to the correct address. Why can't I cancel a shipment? Can't the courier come in and take it out of the parcel terminal? I contacted another employee because it was impossible to talk to the first one at all, she repeated the same thing. Another employee saidthat the package will still go to the wrong recipient, but I can place the order again and in their forwarded addresses, for which there is no guarantee. So my package will go to the person she was not meant for and if that person takes her out, then the package will not go anywhere! What then had to be paid twice? I am told to warn that person not to take anything out. I tried to communicate, but this person is a stranger, he had another packet that I sent. Why can't FedEx just pick up a parcel? There is no logic to send a package to the other end of Australia!to warn the man not to take anything out. I tried to communicate, but this person is a stranger, he had another packet that I sent. Terrible service, customer service, employee indifferent attitude towards customers. Now, thanks to FedEx's "service", my package can be stolen only because it is so difficult to cancel the shipment or open the parcel door! More complicated than sending a package to another city...
