Poor service

When calling the phone numbers indicated on the website, no one travels for 4 days. My package from UpTown to Sarkandaugava is already coming. the second week. Call, but no e-mail - silence. I have been waiting for my packet for 2 weeks. In reality, the sending takes place from one district of Melbourne to another. I understand if it would come from another city. And through the tracking code I got the same thing that the package is on its way to the delivery point. 2 ned. no UpTowns is coming to Sarkandaugava?
