Internet Quality

I've been using the AuMobile Internet for many years, but lately it's starting to shock and frustrate that the Internet quality is just awful, the latest router with antenna and AuMobile Home who pauses every few seconds and has to wait until it starts playing again. Very poor customer service. Hopefully something will change...
