Noom is a scam. They charged me $143 6 months after I cancelled. My bank said they have had lots of complaints about this company.

Charged in error I cancelled in Dec 2020 I was charged $143 in June 2021. I ant a refund immediately! this charge made me have 5 overdrafts@ $21 each. Very confusing

Everything seems to be mushed together. I think there has to be a better format. Separate clearly the posting of meals and find a way that you determine the calories. Very hard to log in other meals after the first. I ordered a pedometer to record my steps. There should be a place to log in steps.... Read more ➤
