There are no such thing as Nokia Customer Support. They unable to do two simplest Customer Support things: cancel order, and create return for an order. How do I return the phone if Customer Support unable to do it?? User’s recommendation: Stay away from Nokia products!!!!
Nokia 3.1a phone recently had a software upgrade as part of the Android 10 update. Phone has not worked properly since then. Nokia tech support admits to the problem but after 2 weeks no resolution or help,,,,,,,, out of their customer support dept. They admitted it is their problem but offered no solutions that corrected the problem....

Poor service
I bring my cell phone for repairs to this facility, said it will be ready in a week, it's been three weeks and nothing is done. I've called and asked what's going on? The only thing I've heard from them - excuses, what's this service? My questions have been answered - 1. too much work and no time, 2. need spare parts will be in a week. When it comes to spare parts, they had to inform me, which of course was not the case. Customer info - The repair period may need to be extended in special cases where spare parts are required and must be ordered from the manufacturers in accordance with their specified delivery times. In such cases, the service center agrees with the customer on the need to extend the repair deadlines within a reasonable time, which is noted in the repair form. Didn't call me at all. The phone is still with them. I do not recommend taking the phone to this office if you are not prepared to wait a month or more for the customer to be misled about deadlines.
