Nokia 3.1a phone recently had a software upgrade as part of the Android 10 update. Phone has not worked properly since then. Nokia tech support admits to the problem but after 2 weeks no resolution or help,,,,,,,, out of their customer support dept. They admitted it is their problem but offered no solutions that corrected the problem. Will have to buy 2 new phones. User's recommendation: Do not buy Nokia.
