I WENT TO THIS SERVICE CENTER TO GET THE GEAR SHIFTER REPAIRED. IT WAS NOT REPAIRED. I WAS TOLD I HAD TOO MUCH ITEMS IN THE VEHICLE AND THE WEIGHT AFFECTED THE SUSPENSION. THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF ITEMS IS LESS THAN THE WEIGHT OF 7 PASSENGERS AT 200 POUNDS EACH. I WAS…
