New audio doesnt work.

Purchased a brand new factory radio in dash factory model like was installed when i purchased the xterra pro4x. The dealer said they tried to fix the volume nob because it was dropping in And out when it was touched. So i spent 1100.00 and change for a brand new unit….
You team has no answers about the issue to be resolved as well as the complete understanding that it was bought by dealership. I had to actually go to dealer and have them figure out the issue.
