Non-refundable

I've been waiting for more than 2 months to get my money back. At the beginning of December, I wrote an application for a refund because they could not form a group for more than a month. It is now 05.02 and the money has not been transferred. A month ago the call was said to be coming soon. Now calls and messages are not answered.
