I see they have the same operating scheme, lost capacities. I followed the package to DHL, and I was glad that the package was received so quickly! 09. 02. 2017 my package was at Itella courier! Not only did you not call before the delivery. On February 10, 2017, I found an information sheet with order no. and tel. no where ask to contact them and agree on a new delivery time! Call, of course I can't call! I will write 3 emails, I will receive a reply on Monday, hopefully. But Itella.org website, separate order tracking indicated how to receive your shipment right on February 10, 2017, at 15. 13, just when I was home, wonders, but the door is neither one for calling nor knocking!Hopefully my pack will be found!
