Poor service

Passenger taxi 4 hours before the trip. It was very important for me to arrive during the night because I had to travel abroad. Answer that it will come, then call. 50 minutes before the trip, call from Alviks' private room, where the room itself is not visible and say that taxis can be provided only in 1-1.5 hours, because there are many requests! Why not be warned in time? I could miss a trip abroad if I didn't keep the American taxi.
