My account has been highjacked. I live in San Francisco but my account is suddenly in Charlotte

I live in San Francisco and have been a member of ND central Sunset for years. Suddenly my account has switched to Charlotte, N C. My account has been highjacked and I cant reach anyone for help!

Fraud, poor service

It's annoying that what you pay for isn't what you get. The quality of the Internet does not correspond to the service package "Pro Internet". It seems to be the same internet connection as the "start-up internet" only costs 10 dollars more with the theoretical possibility that at some point the internet speed could be 800 mbit / s. I can't find any help in the help section of the Tet.org portal.
