Fraud, poor service
It's annoying that what you pay for isn't what you get. The quality of the Internet does not correspond to the service package "Pro Internet". It seems to be the same internet connection as the "start-up internet" only costs 10 dollars more with the theoretical possibility that at some point the internet speed could be 800 mbit / s. I can't find any help in the help section of the Tet.org portal.
