The Admiral better re-think his advertising campaign.

They were my last resort. During these times of not recession but economic depression, you would think New Day would attempt to assist Vets during these difficult times. Cancelled closing because of trust.

Kyle was working with me. Told me I had to pay a 1% fee to newday to help vets, then changed it to points,. Told him I’m a Real Estate Broker and understand points, so then he said the fee was a rate lock. I told him the fed lowered their rate from 0- .25% to lenders... Read more➤

They don’t provide customers with statements or payment coupons

i never know how my payment was applied or when. they don’t send statements out and have to make payments without payment coupons and of course no return envelope. keep wishing they would sell my loan to a bank that provides statements.
