Worst Service

The package has been waiting from Asos. com for more than a week now, you can't call or reply to emails. The tracking page shows that they tried to deliver a week ago, which is the most false information, because I was home that day and time. I have already contacted Asos and it seems that they also have no way to communicate with their office. Well, I won't order anything anymore if I send with such a terrible company! All you have to do is go to their warehouse to collect your package...
