False information

When you open the application and enter your location, you are offered to choose taxis - there are options - 2, 3 and 5 minutes away. When the next one (2 minutes) is selected, the message will appear that the driver arrives after 7 minutes, but actually arrives after 20 minutes... Understand the distance, congestion, but why deceive? I would have left by trolleybus in the meantime, the taxi was called because it needed to be faster.
