I want to cancel Netflix account

I want to cancel Netflix. I cannot access Netflix on my tv. Netflix debits my account every month. $20…. When I ring them to cancel Netflix? They cannot find me on their system. They can sure find me to debit my account. I been trying for 6 months now…. And still cannot cancel.
