Loaded the cards, got the credit however we have only talk capability. I have used this service about 10 years. Purchased the same cards each time and have always had talk/data/text. John but I never said I was pissed or mad. I legitimately wanted to cancel so we could add him to our family account. No need to send some pissed customer thing. Especially since I appreciated the help I got. Geez you guys suck.
