After three days, net10 was finally able to restore my minutes from my previous plan. Had to talk with several managers to finally get a resolution. User’s recommendation: Always deal with supervisors or managers if you don’t get resolution at the initial querry.
Update by user Jun 02, 2021 Update: On May 27th, they ended my phone service, even though they put the minutes back the same day. Nothing has been resolved. I want a refund for all of my unused minutes (which now shows 9525.00 on my info screen) and for the duplicate $16.28 charge that was taken…
They finally called me back yesterday. I sought out YouTube and blogs on how to fix it. I let net0 know that I fixed it myself and the phone is back working. That still was a long wait for a response though. Not good customer service practices at all. User’s recommendation: Just Google answers on blogs.

Original review posted by user May 02, 2021 Persistent phone calls got and asking for supervisors (4 calls over 3 days totally 5 hours) got me 5,000 minutes, then changed to 10,000 minutes
