I have on more than one occasion received the wrong products. I now have 5 night time creams and no daytime. Not impressed. Please forward info on how t cancel my order.

I applied Medium for the first time. I was unable to leave the product on my skin overnight due to the overpowering and undesirable smell. It makes me so nauseated I have to remove it within the hour.
I cancelled auto shipping BUT they shipped & denied my cancellation & charged me return fees even though I refused order!!! I never joined, thought I’d try for a while as so many greedy fraudulent companies out there & they proved they’re just another one!
