My neon has not arrived

I reordered a neon on the 21 of January having waited since the 3rd of October to be advised that your uk branch could not fulfill my order. I was guaranteed speedy delivery from the us and still have had no shipping details . Please advise

Bought neon sign, expensive! 2 months ago. I have not received it or had any response from the company.

Despite involvement of pissedconsumer. Still no response from neon beach! They are obviously dishonest in my view and have taken my money under false pretences, with no intention of sending me the goods I paid for. User’s recommendation: Stay away!
