poor service

I have a complaint about a filling station on Cup Street 53 because I feel that I came back in the time of the Soviet Union. because there are no cigarettes in the station regularly - I was told that the times of deficit are over, but still it is not. favorite shell as a good station, with good service, but in American it goes exceptionally.
