Warranty company they use is a sham

Buy everything at NFM 2 households full of furniture. Bought warranty on everything. Filed 1 claim in the years of doing business with these people in september of 2020. Fraud

I did not receive the item within the specified time. The e-mail was not answered until I sent the text that I would contact the Consumer Center. Then there was an immediate answer that the product was delayed by the supplier. Promised that by June 23 will be. Well, let's see.
