D5 stopped working at 5th use

My neato D5 worked about 5 times before refusing to start. Customer service told me my warranty is over. They offer the minimum warranty the law force them to and there’s a reason. Product is trash. User’s recommendation: Dont buy anything from this company.

No follow-up

Have problems with D7 Botvac Connected. First guy tried to help and setup appt for first weekday. Of course no one called. Went on chat for 2nd time. POOR PRODUCT-DO NOT PURCHASE

Initially worked great. However fail within 6 months and in warranty. After a long extensive exchange of emails and testing, I finally rec’d another unit. However it has failed in a within 6 months. Which is outside of the ORIGINAL purchase. Their product and service are both awful. DO NOT BUY ANY NEATO PRODUCTS
