Hello everyone! Please, please never order anything from such a mystical fraudulent company 'Helvetia Apotheke'. It calls itself a drug company and attracts customers through the phone, who become future victims of paying by picking up the handset. This happened in my family with my husband. He once agreed to receive something because he did not understand what he was asked (foreigner) and when received some 20 tablets at home, realized that they still have to pay 4. 99. But he was told that he would receive a gift. Yes, it was a gift he even paid for and I told him to never agree with anyone over the phone again.. However, a week ago we received the same identical shipment again - possibly 20 tablets again (we didn't even open it) - and there were already 2 amounts to pay for those 20 tablets, but with the remark that you can still pay only one amount. -6. 79 and 7. 79 dollars and in another place it was written that the next shipment will arrive soon at 13. 58. Well, our patience was full and I, as a wife, turned to the Consumer Protection Office for help, but I was kindly told that nothing could be done because the real company is outside the Oceanian Union to deal with. So I decided to warn you all and pass the message on to other acquaintances so as not to fall into their trap. Because it turns out that this is not a certified company that has been scams people for a couple of years and it all happens over the phone. If you have given them your name and address, they will accept it as your verbal signing of the contract without any confirmation. Be vigilant!
