Poor Service
Hello everyone! Calling this company needed to replace the tub, all the pipes in the bathroom and kitchen. The master promised to come after 1 day- (Friday) to see, then called on Friday and told me when unfortunately will come on Saturday, because there is no car to take the trolleybus. Arriving on Saturday, said the job would be his biggest nightmare. Let's talk that we'll be here next week and that everything will be ready in 1 day (maybe 2 days). On the same day, the calculations were sent to the e-mail for work and details. He himself promised to take his car to a plumbing store on Tuesday to buy pipes, baths, etc. Then I called on Monday and said that unfortunately I could not come on Tuesday because I see no car again. The master did not offer any other options, just stood in front of the fact. I expressed his dissatisfaction, then he already promised to come by taxi (and what about the plumbing store?). I refuse his services. Either if you don't want to do your job or not, then you just need to tell, but not spend another time. Don't waste your precious time, it's better to choose another plumbing company. The following conclusions about this master and the company: - do not respect the time of customers; - no promises have been made; - Indifferent treatment of the client. I hope that this complaint will allow this master to evaluate his attitude towards customers and improve his service.
